Payment Terms

All prices quoted are subject to VAT @ 17.5%.
All quotes are valid for 60 Days
Payment terms are 30 days net i.e. from the date of invoice.

Website hosting charge will begin on completion of the first draft (50%) subsequent yearly hosting charges to be paid a year in advance.

Monthly search engine optimisation and pay per click management service fees to be paid for three months in advance.

Staged Payments

Metafocus reserve the right to invoice work on a staged basis when elements of the work are completed i.e. Design, print, etc.
For websites including online marketing cost (SEO, PPC, etc) setup exceeding £1000 net invoice value will be subject to staged payments as follows:

• 30% invoiced on order
• 50% invoiced on first draft (structural site built, not necessarily including content)
• 20% invoiced on completion (full content included as agreed and site goes live)

Standard Charges

Prices quoted are based on our current understanding of the project and may vary should the original specification be amended.  The quote assumes one set of changes to any website or printed document.  We reserve the right to charge for any significant additional changes at a rate of £80 an hour design time.
Website quotations are based on the specified number of website pages and number of hours content input indicated.  A charge of £80 an hour will be made for work done, should the number of pages or hours quoted for be exceeded.
Charges for our web manager content management system are for the licence to use this system on our server on an ongoing basis. The cost of the website does not give the client the ownership of this software and it can only be used on our server.
We reserve the right to apply the following additional charges. Prices shown are subject to change without notice and exclude VAT @ 17.5%.

• Stock photography costs by quotation, minimum charge £25.00 per photograph.
• Design or artwork quotes include the cost of one set of colour prints. Additional colour prints will be charged as follows:
  • Colour Prints Set Up: £10.00
• Additionally Per sheet: £ 5.00
• JPEGs, PDF, EPS Artwork and Images
  • By Email (Min charge): £ 4.00
    By CD from £ 8.00
• Additional copies of CDs and DVDs: £15.00 per disc
• Print and website quotations allow for one set of author’s corrections. Additional authors corrections and alterations in style or content will be charged at our standard rate of £80.00 per hour.
• Domain registrations
• .uk domains (.co.uk/.org.uk/.net.uk): £25 per two years
• top level domains (.com/.org/.net/.info/.biz): £25 per year
